If you've always wanted your own web site but don't know where to start, take a look at the following questions and see how many you answer yes to.

• Do you run a small business, charity, club or other group that doesn't have a website, but you wish it did, but don't have the knowledge or experience to create one?

• Would you like your site to be easy to use, quick to load, fast to navigate and not be cluttered with images, adverts and movies that visitors may not wish to see anyway?
• Have you been wanting to register that special, unique domain name for your site but don't know how to go about it?
• Have you struggled to understand what website hosting is? who does it best and at what cost?

If the answer to one, or all, of these questions is yes, then we can help.

How can we help you!

We offer a one-stop service that starts with discussing the requirements for your proposed web site, what's involved in creating it, including the cost, so you don't get any nasty surprises.

If you choose to go ahead, you will need to decide on a name for your site, for example sites4all.incx.org or sites4all.incx.com. This name, is what visitors would type into their web browser to get to your website.

Preferably, the name should say what the site contains by way of information, but at the same time should, if possible, be a name that's easy to remember. We may be able to help with this and offer suggestions.

It's always a good idea to make sure you have two or three names in mind, just in case the name you'd like is already in use by another person or organisation.

We can then check the names you've decided on and if they are available, make arrangements to register that name, which is known as a domain, to you.

Having registered your domain name we can then set up your website, with a web hosting service. Web hosting is the terminology given to a company who will rent you space on their servers, where your web site will be stored. A server is a kind of computer but it's set up differenly to the PC you use at work or home on your desk.

We can now start to build your website. This will involve you supplying us with all the material that you'd like to have on your website. sites4all will not edit this text, we will only be responsible for processing it so that it can be viewed as a page on your website. We may, however, talk to you about changes you may wish to consider regarding the material you've supplied.

The finished material will then be tested to ensure that all is well, before being placed on your website for the world to see.
